The ride starts at The Roost at 9.30AM and we will be back at The Roost by 4.30PM.
The tour is guided, includes lunch, tasting and a support vehicle to transport purchases.
Locals and tourists alike will enjoy this beautiful and fun, guided 27km ride along small roads and trails on the Saanich Peninsula.
Throughout the day, you will sample the deliciousness and beauty of the Saanich Peninsula and meet with growers, chefs, harvesters and producers who all have one thing in common: The love of what they do and where they live.
We will cycle from wineries to cideries, distilleries, and restaurants. Each establishment will feature cocktails, wine pairings, culinary delights and preserves celebrating our sweet local strawberries! Stop along the way at local farms and Farmers Markets to stock up on fresh strawberries and other seasonal fruits, vegetables and meats!

Here are some of the highlights
Roost Farm Centre -A unique opportunity to immerse yourself in what the regulars call ‘the passionate farm experience’. The Roost roosts on 10 acres of farmland producing wheat, blueberries and sheep.
Marsh Farm – A farm to learn about farming, Marsh Farm offers u-pick and picked vegetables, raspberries, strawberries and herbs. Enjoy an adventure walking through the garden.
Symphony Vineyards – Savour the quiet with a glass of Pinot Gris or Millot Foch wines from the 3 vineyards of this historic family farm. Take in the view from the timber tasting room or enjoy the patio.
Oldfield Orchard and Bakery – Lots of unbelievable berries to make your mouth water. Fresh baked goods, jams/jellies, vegetables and free range eggs are available at this farm stand. Their famous bumble berry pie is yummy! And now they have a wonderful bistro to try a bite of lunch in front of the classic tractors.
Michell Bros. Farm – Sweet delicious berries of all varieties, over 40 different vegetables and pumpkins! This great roadside market has it all ready to go. Local, fresh, quality produce and pasture-raised, hormone free beef.
Sea Cider Farm and Ciderhouse – A farm-based cidery on 10 acres with over 1300 apple trees, made up of over 50 varieties of heritage apples. This organic farm and orchard crafts traditionally fermented ciders. Sit on the patio, sip a cider and drink in the panoramic water views overlooking the orchard to Haro Strait.
Highland House Farm Winery and Bistro – Imagine yourself staring at the vineyards as the scent of wood burning gets your attention, sip a glass of wine from that vineyard as you enjoy a wood-fired pizza, all from the fields before you.
